All the facilities are modern, fairly clean hotel, its location is marvellous in the middle of jackson...

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Tanya at the front desk. She made us feel right at home by answering all our questions and even finding us herbal tea. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the fully equipped kitchen was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, with a variety of food and attentive staff. Despite a few minor issues, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways! the prices were very reasonable, especially considering how expensive the surrounding area can be. Secondly, the attention to detail was impeccable - from the warm and welcoming staff to the clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Lastly, the location was perfect, with easy access to delicious breakfast options in the bistro and nearby restaurants. I especially want to mention the very nice lady who served us breakfast - she made our mornings feel special. Additionally, having rooms with a pull-out couch and two queen beds was a great convenience for our family. this hotel provided great value for money and made our stay in California truly enjoyable.

I only had one minor concern during my stay - the water pressure in the shower on the second floor was a bit low. However, this didn't overshadow my overall positive experience at this hotel.
